A global leader in cloud computing is seeking an AWS Customer Solutions Manager to guide large customers through their AWS adoption journey. The role involves coordinating teams, managing major migrations, and ensuring customer success. Required skills include strong communication, experience in IT transformation, and fluency in French and English. As an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Customer Solutions Manager (CSM), you will guide the largest and most complex AWS customers along their multi-year journey to the cloud. You will ensure AWS teams collaborate to deliver outcomes for the customer and act as a critical partner to guide customers through their stages of AWS adoption, navigating operational, educational, and governance aspects of a successful cloud journey.
You will interface with AWS customers and AWS leadership, driving collaboration among core account groups (Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services), product and engineering teams, and customer teams, while planning and supporting major workload migrations. You will translate strategic initiatives in the account plan into executable actions, working backwards from customers’ key milestones. The execution of education plans, roadmap to business outcome alignments, Executive Briefing Sessions, and go-live events are owned by the CSM and are critical to customer success.

Qualifications (bullet list retained): Experience leading complex, large-scale IT/digital/business transformation or migration programs; Senior customer-facing experience; Excellent written and verbal communication; Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent; Strong organizational skills; French and English fluency; Direct AWS/cloud services experience; Knowledge of technology trends; Software development life-cycle knowledge; PMP and/or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certified.
