Description du poste

Within the CIO CIB – Global Markets & Risks management team, you join a team of 21 people. This multidisciplinary team, composed of technical and functional profiles, is divided between Paris and Porto. We manage market access platforms and automatic trading solutions. We also provide business support for market access and pricing / algo applications for GM FI / FX / Credit. The team is divided into two squads: one focuses on technical aspects and backend management, while the other is dedicated to business support.

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

• Coordinate, organize and manage the team’s subjects and projects;
• Set up and lead an agile approach adapted to the specificities of a team working both on support and on projects;
• Establish effective follow-up with the teams in New York and those in Asia;
• Manage budget and reporting to ensure clear visibility of resources;
• Manage incidents and issues to ensure continuity of services;
• Support the team in framing topics.

The technical stack used is: Horizon Market Making, ION Trading, Refinitiv, Bloomberg, Linux, Windows, Python, ITRS Geneos, ELK.

We work in agile methodology.

The position is based in Paris, and at our office, it’s 10 days of teleworking per month, 15 to 17 days of RTT per year, on-site services such as catering, the gym or corporate concierge. Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience

You have at least 10 years of experience in business analyst and application support positions.

You are familiar with:

• Agile methods and tools;
• Project management;
• Operational management of teams in capex / priority mode;
• The functioning of financial markets, as well as order sending systems and market data platforms.

You are:

• Motivated by teamwork and comfortable in international teams;
• Proactive;
• Able to communicate with different audiences, including infrastructure, production, publishers, and business lines;
• A leader who can unite a collective around a common vision.

You master English with a B2 level.
