Job summary

IOTA Group, Paris, is seeking an experienced SPS QA/QC Lead to support the GranMorgu offshore development project on Block 58 in Suriname. The role coordinates quality assurance and control across the SPS package from manufacturing through handover to Operations, ensuring compliance with project specs and international standards.

You will lead QA/QC activities, oversee inspections at vendors' facilities, review ITPs and Quality Plans, monitor NCRs and deviations, and ensure MRBs, certification

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 15+ years of professional QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas.
• 10+ years in major engineering and construction projects.
• Experience leading QA/QC on offshore Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and MRB processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all SPS QA/QC activities, ensuring implementation of the Project Quality Management System and contractual quality requirements.
• Oversee quality surveillance and inspections at contractors' facilities.
• Coordinate FAT, EFAT, SIT and offshore readiness reviews.
• Review and approve Quality Plans, ITPs, inspection procedures and other quality documentation.
• Monitor manufacturing completion, NCRs, concessions and punch lists.
• Ensure MRBs, certification dossiers and quality records are prepared.
• Lead the SPS quality handover process to Operations and monitor KPIs.
• Coordinate quality audits and closure of findings; promote continuous improvement.
