Qualifications

• Plan and coordinate all events and sports activities within the resort
• Collaborate with different departments to organize events
• Manage the sports & events budget
• Lead a team of qualified technicians and sports animators
• Ensure quality of service and adherence to Club Med procedures
• Support team integration and training to foster development

Additional notes

Availability and international mobility for 6 to 12 months required. Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French, Mandarin, or Japanese is preferred. Good understanding of event and sports professions is necessary.
