Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to work sponsor dedicated in a hybrid model with 50% Paris-based client site and 50% home-based work.

You will oversee country-level study delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage risk from start-up through closeout. The role requires strong GCP/ICH knowledge, regulatory understanding, and excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget study execution

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines and country regulatory environment.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical research processes, regulations and methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing priorities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with independent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee studies from start-up to closure at country level, ensuring timelines, budget and quality.
• Be the main country contact for internal and external stakeholders and site teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional country teams and study targets with protocol managers.
• Prepare country-specific documents and manage CAPA at audit level.
• Support site initiation, monitoring, data systems access, and inspection readiness.
