Hubcycle is seeking a Sourcing Manager for Spices & Herbs in France. You will drive early supplier lifecycle activities, from mapping to sampling, and position Hubcycle for future collaboration with a hands‑on, solutions‑driven approach.

You will manage negotiations, build a robust supplier portfolio, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards while maintaining strong cross‑team communication to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in sourcing raw materials in Spices & Herbs.
• Solid knowledge of the regional food industry, its factories and practices.
• Comfortable operating in a startup, dynamic and changing environment.

Responsabilités

• Map, prioritize and sample products in the Spices & Herbs category.
• Be the first point of contact with suppliers to position Hubcycle for collaboration.
• Lead negotiation processes including positioning, closing and B2B UX.
• Develop supplier portfolio and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Maintain strong cross‑functional communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build long-term supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement.
