• Suivre les indicateurs clés liés au personnel et produire des rapports.

Who are you?

Job Responsibilities

• Publish staff schedules on time, continually seeking to optimize planning based on store activity.
• Implement staffing strategies in accordance with policies, directives, agreements, and labor laws.
• Perform administrative tasks related to scheduling, identify improvements, and report anomalies to HR Manager.
• Monitor key performance indicators related to staffing and produce related reports.
• Regularly sensitize managers to keep information updated, ensuring quality and optimized planning within budgeted hours.
• Collaborate with HR functions to define recruitment needs and contract types for smooth store operation and excellent customer service.
