Job summary

FedEx Express FR in Marly, Hauts-de-France, is seeking a Facility Maintenance Specialist to coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance across sites. You will lead maintenance service providers, serve as main point of contact, ensure regulatory and HSE compliance, track work orders, and manage documentation.

The role requires proven maintenance or facilities management experience, strong organization, ability to work across cross-functional teams, fluency in French with English a plus, CMMS

Qualifications

• Minimum proven experience in maintenance, facilities management, or technical operations.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple sites.
• Good knowledge of regulatory and HSE requirements.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with CMMS tools, Excel; Power BI is a plus.
• Fluent in French; professional English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities (building and sorting systems) across assigned sites and act as the lead for maintenance service providers.
• Serve as the main point of contact for maintenance-related topics with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory inspections and safety requirements.
• Track work orders, follow up on interventions, and ensure issues are resolved within agreed timelines.
• Manage maintenance documentation, reporting, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to budget monitoring, creation of purchase orders and validation of maintenance-related invoices.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to process optimization.
• Actively participate in projects.
