FedEx Express FR is seeking a Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our network of sites across France. You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate vendors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering reliable building and sorting systems support.

Ideal candidates combine strong maintenance experience with excellent organization, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency in CMMS and Excel; English is a plus, French is essential.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in maintenance, facilities management, or technical operations.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills; able to manage multiple sites/priorities.
• Good knowledge of regulatory and HSE requirements.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using CMMS tools, Excel; Power BI is a plus.
• Fluent in French; professional English is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance across sites and lead maintenance service providers.
• Serve as main point of contact for maintenance topics with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory inspections and safety requirements.
• Track work orders, follow up on interventions, and resolve issues within agreed timelines.
• Manage maintenance documentation, reporting, and KPIs.
• Contribute to budget monitoring, creation of purchase orders and validation of invoices.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to process optimization.
• Actively participate in projects.

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities ( building and sorting systems) across assigned sites and act as the lead for maintenance service providers
• Serve as the main point of contact for maintenance-related topics with internal stakeholders( internal customers) and external vendors
• Ensure compliance with regulatory inspections and safety requirements
• Track work orders, follow up on interventions, and ensure issues are resolved within agreed timelines
• Manage maintenance documentation, reporting, and key performance indicators (KPis)
• Contribute to budget monitoring, creation of purchase orders and validation of maintenance-related invoices
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to process optimization
• Actively participate in projects
