M-Cube France is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Specialist for its office in Nanterre.

The Role

As part of the IT team, you will be responsible for the operational management, evolution, and troubleshooting of our internal and client infrastructures. Alongside our platform, you will work with the support and development teams to investigate, understand, and resolve issues to ensure the best possible service for our clients.

Additionally, you will oversee the daily management of our internal and external platforms, collaborating with all other operational teams (delivery, development, and support) to ensure that systems run effectively and efficiently to meet the organization’s needs. You will also be involved in the implementation of our solutions within client networks.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience in system engineering
• Proven expertise in Windows and Linux administration and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Azure and / or other cloud computing services
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals and firewall management
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
• Team-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skill.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience with Active Directory and GPO
• Problem-solving mindset
• Collaborative teamwork approach
• Fluent English is required, as it is the working language within the company.
