Description du poste

The Operations Specialist manages the relationship with HMF (Hyundai Motor France), ensuring efficient supply chain management of vehicles, from deliveries to reporting, in alignment with the company’s strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of Damaged Vehicles: Monitor cases, coordinate between Glovis and HMF, manage repairs and documentation for vehicle destruction.

  • Delivery Tracking: Oversee the delivery process, manage customs documents and parts for Glovis sites.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports, analyze sales results, lead times, and billing, and implement corrective actions with the Glovis team.

  • Process and Dealer Network Management: Update unloading protocols and maintain the delivery points database.

  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience; a Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in supply chain management or engineering. Experience in customer relationship management is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

  • Fluent in French and English.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
