Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group.

This is an excellent time to join as we look to grow to over 300m guests and 800 aircraft within the next 10 years.

This role has the option to be based locally in France or in our Dublin HQ. We have over 600 aviation professionals involved in our French payroll process and its administration. This is an exciting role for a self-starter, keen to progress their careers in a world-leading company.

Responsibilities

  • Overview of payroll processes in France, requiring knowledge of common payroll systems and French Tax and Social Security matters.
  • Assist in adapting the company’s systems to streamline payroll processes in France.
  • Provide advice on compliance and respond to ad-hoc queries.
  • Interact with local providers and other departments.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks efficiently.
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of French payroll systems and applicable law.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a payroll department.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
