Ce rôle implique la coordination de projets, la gestion de documents et la planification des achats spécifiques. Le candidat idéal aura au moins trois ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, d'excellentes compétences en communication, et une capacité à travailler en équipe.

Qualifications

• Expérience pertinente de minimum trois (3) ans requise.
• Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office.
• Capacité à gérer et structurer un projet de A à Z.

Responsabilités

• Coordonner les projets internes (soumissions/exécution).
• Préparer et approuver les documents de projet.
• Analyser la progression du projet et quantifier les rapports.

What you'll do

• Coordinate internal projects (bidding/execution)
• Plan and monitor project progress (schedules)
• Create, plan, supervise, and manage project files
• Prepare purchase orders, analyze, understand, and compare plans and bids
• Plan materials and specific purchases for projects
• Prepare, negotiate, and approve project documents (change notices, deficiencies, statements of account, delivery memos, workshop drawings, etc.)
• Analyze project progress, quantify reports
• Perform other related tasks

What you bring

• Relevant experience of at least three (3) years
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and team work ability
• Resourceful and organized
• Quick learner
• Knowledge of AS/400
• Ability to manage and structure a project from start to finish
