We're looking for a Paris Jordan Store Marketing Specialist responsible for supporting retail vision and enabling the growth of the Jordan Brand within the marketplace.
This person should have a background in marketing and retail marketing/brand, possess analytical acumen, and have an understanding of the Paris consumer and communities, as well as marketing products and services within physical retail environments. The role requires a consumer-centric approach to execute strategy and retail-ready direction aligned with the City/EMEA strategy. The candidate should also possess digital acumen to inform decisions connected to the Jordan digital ecosystem. The role requires critical and analytical thinking, creativity, and collaboration across all global geographies and city partners.
This role is responsible for executing seasonal plans and directions that power the marketplace, with a focus on being analytical and results-oriented. Responsibilities include executing end-to-end retail strategies, supporting the evolution of Jordan Concept store formats, and empowering store associates through training and new ideas to provide best-in-class service.
The candidate will help execute brand marketing strategies to drive the evolution of Jordan & Partners stores, including growth within Nike store formats across Paris. The role will enable O2O marketing plans focused on consumer journeys, prioritizing brand initiatives across the store fleet. Work will be grounded in insights and learnings to inform briefs and plans centered on KPIs such as consumer trends, traffic, engagement, and conversion. The role will also be instrumental in executing and informing new capabilities tied to the digital ecosystem, enabling new methods of consumer engagement.
The candidate should stay current on the latest retail trends, industry best practices, and Paris consumers' needs.
This role reports to the EMEA Jordan Stores Marketing Director, with a dotted line to the Paris Jordan Marketing Director. The candidate will work cross-functionally across Jordan Global Geography and City partners, collaborating with Jordan Marketplace, Brand Marketing, Consumer Direct Marketing, and Brand Creative teams.
