WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

In this role, you will work fluidly across the Paris/France marketing team and collaborate cross-functionally with key partners such as Sports Marketing, SCI, and Consumer Insights to serve our athletes. You will also build strong relationships with key city partners who represent our brand. Additionally, you'll maintain regular connectivity with the Geo Consumer Construct team at our European headquarters and other functional teams like the Women’s Brand Creative Studio, Affiliates, and Media.

  • Understanding of the consumer, the city, and Nike’s position within it.
  • Passion and understanding of the sportswear industry.
  • Knowledge of sportswear trends and influential city profiles.
  • Experience translating consumer insights into brand activation.
  • Innovative mindset eager to disrupt the marketplace.
  • Understanding of the Nike ecosystem and its impact levers.
  • Willingness to adapt to organizational and consumer needs to deepen relationships.
  • Proficiency in French and English.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As Specialist II Brand Marketing Women’s Lifestyle, Paris/France, you will report to the Manager of Brand Marketing Women’s Lifestyle. Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Manager in identifying and managing relationships with people and organizations aligned with our brand values to bring our Consumer Field of Play strategies to life.
  • Coordinating with the Geo Consumer Construct Brand Marketing teams to amplify key stories through on-the-ground executions, including pinnacle Nike brand events and wholesale partner marketing.
  • Gathering consumer insights to better serve athletes in Paris and France through Women’s Lifestyle initiatives and feeding these insights back to EMEA/Global teams to refine strategies.

While primarily focused on Women’s Lifestyle, the role requires agility to support other marketing functions in Paris/France as organizational needs evolve. The position is not available for relocation and the application deadline is May 4, 2025.
