Specialist - Financial Reporting & Analysis

We are looking for a passionate and team-oriented Specialist - Financial Reporting & Analysis to join our Finance Team. You will be in charge of Finance for several areas: France, Spain, and Italy.
Duration: permanent contract
Location: Levallois-Perret (92)
Starting date: April – May 2025
Your missions:
Prepare the monthly & annual closing, participate in month-end procedures, and discuss results with management/team leader.
Declare the monthly VAT and prepare the VAT reconciliation.
Declare DEB, CFE, C3S, and other tax returns.
Supervise different functions (approve invoices, review payment proposals) in the accounting team (AP, AR, and Treasury) complying with deadlines or payment terms, ensure the accuracy of accounting data.
Maintain relations with tax authorities and experts (lawyers, statutory auditors, chartered accountants) and litigation procedures (work with the accounting firm to file tax returns; assist statutory auditors in finalizing audits; complete the tax audit process).
Ensure management control, oversee the budgeting process, and reconcile actual vs. budgeted figures.
Process payroll postings in the financial system.
Manage stock: check that all goods movements are processed correctly.
Analyze monthly financial figures and performance of entities in France and Spain.
Your profile:
Hard skills:
- English & French fluent
- Bachelor’s degree in finance
- 3-5 years’ experience in controlling

What we offer:
