Airbus SAS in Toulouse is seeking a Special Process Auditor - Test Methods to join the PIMDS Department. You will perform audits of manufacturing, NDT and test methods, manage findings, and liaise with supplier sites to ensure compliance and quality for both serial and development programs.

Key requirements include a background in Engineering or Materials Sciences, experience in production/test labs, and strong English negotiation skills with travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• Background in Engineering or Material Sciences.
• Proven experience in production line, FAL or Test Laboratory.
• Technical expertise in auditing processes, risk management, and Material Test Methods.
• Strong negotiation skills, autonomy and capability for frequent business travel in Europe.
• Negotiation level in English.

Responsabilités

• Perform Special Process Audits (Manufacturing, NDT, Test Methods) and manage findings until closure.
• Qualify and survey supplier Test Methods according to applicable standards and requirements.
• Highlight industrial risks and support supplier development in the special processes scope.
• Represent Airbus in international industrial audit forums such as Nadcap.
• Collaborate with Materials & Processes (M&P) teams during technical qualifications.
