Airbus SAS in Toulouse seeks a Special Process Auditor - Test Methods to join the PIMDS Department. You will audit special processes (Manufacturing, NDT, Test Methods) and oversee findings to closure, while aligning supplier methods to standards for timely, quality aircraft deliveries.

You will travel frequently across Europe to assess and qualify methods, collaborate with M&P teams, and advance development programs within a global aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Materials Science degree required.
• Experience in production line, FAL or Test Laboratory environment.
• Technical expertise in auditing processes, risk management, and Material Test Methods.
• Strong negotiation skills; ability to travel in Europe (~2x/month).
• English language proficiency for negotiation and collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Perform Special Process Audits (Manufacturing, NDT, Test Methods) and manage findings to closure.
• Qualify and survey supplier Test Methods according to applicable standards.
• Highlight industrial risks and support supplier development in special processes.
• Represent Airbus in international industrial audit forums such as Nadcap.
• Collaborate with Materials & Processes teams during technical qualifications.
