Airbus SAS in Toulouse is seeking a Special Process Auditor to join the PIMDS Department. You will perform audits of Manufacturing, NDT, and Test Methods, surveil suppliers to secure on-time, quality aircraft deliveries for serial and development programs.

You will qualify supplier Test Methods, identify industrial risks, and collaborate with Materials & Processes teams. Strong English, engineering background, and willingness to travel in Europe are essential.

Qualifications

• Background in Engineering or Material Sciences.
• Proven experience in production line, FAL or Test Laboratory.
• Technical expertise in auditing processes and risk management.
• Ability to travel frequently in Europe (around 2 trips per month).
• Strong negotiation skills and autonomy.

Responsabilités

• Perform Special Process Audits (Manufacturing, NDT, Test Methods) and manage findings until closure.
• Qualify and survey supplier Test Methods according to applicable standards and requirements.
• Highlight industrial risks and support supplier development in the special processes scope.
• Represent Airbus in international industrial audit forums such as Nadcap.
• Collaborate with Materials & Processes (M&P) teams during technical qualifications.
