We're currently looking for a SPARE PARTS TECHNICAL TEAM LEADER (H / M) to join our EMEA region team.

Key responsibilities

M aintain Otis Spare Parts Leaflet

Create Non-Otis Elevator Spare Parts Leaflet

Be responsible top arts master data management and optimization. Lead EMEA spare part number rationalization

Supervise new part number creating process

Ensure engineering changes flow from design into service

Provide tech. solution for obsolete spare parts by engaging LDC and SCM

Provide requested technical support / docs to branches

Role specific skills & competences :

Proficient in both writing and oral English. Other european languages would be a plus.

Strong technical experience within spare parts

10 years of experience in a similar position.

Knowledge and insight in service operations.

Strong change management skills, dynamically operating in a fast moving environment. Ability to look ahead, and anticipate / assess the system-wide impact & consequence of specific adjustments to the manufacturing / operations network.

Skilled at leading strategy & innovation with a forward-looking proactive orientation. bringing Imagination (new & fresh thinking) to the extended team. Ability to formulate a strategic plan aligned to business requirements ensuring sustained competitiveness.

Availability to travel 5-10% of the time.
