A customer service agency is seeking a professional with advanced Spanish (C2) and at least B2 English to support their Lisbon team. Candidates should have a minimum of a year’s experience in related fields. The role involves rotational shifts and demands a proactive attitude towards customer success. The position offers meal and transport allowances, private health insurance, and extensive onboarding support.

Schedule:
Monday to Sunday: 08:00 -17:00 or 09:00 -18:00 (rotative shifts)
2 rotative days off per week
At a later stage, the client may switch to 24/7 coverage (rotative shifts)
Your Profile:
Spanish language skills at C2 level
English language skills at minimum B2 level
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, telesales, account management, customer success, or business development-related roles
Strong sales awareness and ability to influence seller success (mandatory)
Proactive and customer-oriented mindset
Must hold an EU ID, Residence Card, or valid Visa
