IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Independent Rater fluent in English and Spanish to review psychiatric assessment scales and support rater performance. The role offers remote/virtual work with monthly hours and remote collaboration across global sites.

You will participate in calibration activities, provide guidance on scoring, and help prepare mock interviews and documentation. The position emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, meticulous organization, and experience in CNS trials.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work (MA/MS). MD/DO/PhD preferred.
• Minimum 3 years administering psychiatric assessments and structured interviews (e.g., MINI, MADRS, CAPS, PCL-5, CSSRS, CGI).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations.
• Minimum 3 years administering scales in clinical research trials (excluding student work).
• Experience in CNS trials preferred.

Aufgaben

• Review scales and assessment data to ensure standardized scoring and rater discussion readiness.
• Engage in live discussions with raters to provide methodology and scoring guidance.
• Support rater performance through functional assessments (e.g., mock interviews).
• Prepare communication materials and documentation as needed.
• Submit all required documentation accurately and on time.
