Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Independent Rater who is Polish-speaking and able to work remotely; the role focuses on reviewing scales, ensuring data integrity, and guiding raters through methodology and scoring. This is a part-time position with estimated 10–16 hours per month.

The role requires a Master’s degree in psychology or a related field, at least 3 years of psychiatric assessment experience, fluency in English and native Polish, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work, or equivalent (MD/DO/PhD preferred).
• Minimum 3 years administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, and/or structured clinical interviews (MINI and MADRS).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations and 3+ years administering scales in clinical research trials.

Responsibilities

• Participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities.
• Review case data and prepare for rater discussions with relevant documents.
• Conduct live interactions with raters to provide feedback on assessment methodology and scoring.
