ThrustMe in Verrières-le-Buisson, France, is seeking a Space Operations Engineer to turn telemetry into actionable insights for spacecraft propulsion. You will work with operators and the engineering team to analyze data, test in labs, and automate telemetry processing.

You will contribute to product development, write technical reports, and support missions from assembly to deorbit. Fluency in English and a strong background in embedded systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in embedded software, aerospace engineering, propulsion, physics, or similar.
• Solid experience with complex embedded systems.
• Strong data processing, analytics and modelling skills (Python or similar).
• Knowledge of electronics and space propulsion concepts.
• Excellent technical writing and reporting abilities.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and develop telemetry data post-processing and analysis tools.
• Investigate space telemetry, identify issues, and propose solutions for space hardware.
• Integrate inputs from space data, ground tests, theory, and simulation to improve models.
• Support missions and assist with satellite assembly, launch, and commissioning.
• Write reports and technical documentation for internal and external use.
• Support propulsion system experiments in space and on the ground.
• Collaborate with engineers and physicists on new products.
• Conduct performance analyses and generate operational recommendations.
• Interface with satellite operators and ground teams regularly.
