ThrustMe is seeking a Mission Success Engineer to manage the technical relationship with clients after hardware delivery. You will be the primary contact for product performance inquiries and ensure seamless support throughout the product lifetime.

The role sits in the Space Missions team and requires strong communication, deep understanding of satellite propulsion integration, and fluency in English; French language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role or as a systems engineer.
• Strong fundamentals in satellite propulsion system integration and practical use-cases.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to high-level audiences.
• Fluent in English; French (A2) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage technical client relationships after hardware delivery.
• Independently answer technical client requests.
• Represent internal experts and coordinate the right people to resolve issues.
• Document technical issues and solutions for internal and external use.
• Set up processes and feedback loops with clients for continued product improvement.
• Evaluate fleet performance and track agreed-upon metrics with clients.
