ThrustMe in Verrières-le-Buisson, France, is seeking a Reliability & Failure Analysis Engineer to strengthen production engineering with a focus on diagnosing non-conformities in space propulsion systems.

You will lead diagnostic campaigns, analyze telemetry and test data, and coordinate corrective actions to improve product reliability and manufacturing performance. This is a hands-on role in a high-tech environment with impact on in-orbit systems.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in space/high-tech industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with data uncertainty and multi-source information.
  • Curiosity and persistence to diagnose failures.

Responsabilités

  • Investigate non-conformities in propulsion systems during testing.
  • Identify root causes and lead failure investigations.
  • Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Analyze telemetry, test data, and manufacturing records.
  • Collaborate across production, engineering, quality and product development.
  • Build and maintain reliability databases.
  • Contribute to yield and process improvements.
