Job summary

Eutelsat Communications SA in Issy-les-Moulineaux, Paris region, seeks an Accreditation Manager for the IRIS² programme. You will oversee the security accreditation process, ensure risk remains acceptable, and define security solutions early in project studies.

You will guide teams across the end-to-end system architecture to protect sensitive information and assets. You will collaborate with cybersecurity architects, system engineers, vendors, and auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
• Experience as accreditation manager or similar role, preferably in space sector or telecom networks.
• Proficiency in risk analysis and the EBIOS RM method.
• In-depth knowledge of cyber security principles, best practices, and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF).
• Strong understanding of network, application and cloud security concepts.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g. NIS2, CRA).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication and coordination across suppliers and international teams.
• Fluent English; French and other European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the EU.
• EU nationals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the accreditation program within Eutelsat’s perimeter.
• Manage the certification plan and keep product certification status up to date.
• Contribute to risk assessments using EBIOS RM to identify security weaknesses.
• Verify implementation of security requirements for systems, networks, and applications.
• Follow roadmaps to reach IRIS2 security targets from risk analysis to accreditation.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity architects and system engineers to assess end-to-end security.
• Work with external partners, security integrators, vendors, and auditors on security requirements.
• Stay updated on cyber security trends, technologies and threats.
