Industrious Ventures is looking for a skilled RAMS Engineer to ensure that our satellites meet dependability and safety objectives throughout their lifecycle. You will work closely with various teams and drive analyses such as FMECA and reliability predictions.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a relevant field and has a minimum of 3 years' experience in safety engineering. This position requires strong analytical skills and fluency in English.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in RAMS / dependability / safety engineering, ideally in space or a high-reliability industry.
• Solid command of core RAMS methods: FMEA/FMECA, FTA, RBD, reliability prediction.
• Ability to read and interpret system architectures and schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Define, allocate, and track reliability, availability, and safety budgets at all levels.
• Plan and conduct FMEA/FMECA analyses to identify single points of failure.
• Perform reliability predictions and consolidate Fault Tree Analyses.
