Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare, clean, and tidy the spa premises.
2. Be fully aware of the daily booking schedule and update any changes to the reception.
3. Check the following day’s appointments at the end of each day and make necessary preparations.
4. Provide body massages, treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures, and hair care services to guests.
5. Check and maintain product supplies at the beginning and end of each day.
6. Review Spa Card instructions and guest requests carefully.
7. Replace soiled linens in treatment rooms with clean ones.
8. Ensure all spa materials in the preparation area are checked and replenished timely.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a massage or body therapist.
2. Knowledge of various massage, face, and body treatment protocols.
3. Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or day spa is preferred.
4. At least 2 years of experience in Thai Massage.
