About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris within the Spa Department, the Spa Receptionnist is in charge of welcoming guest at the Spa.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, provide information, offer advice, and guide them to meet their needs while ensuring high-quality service.
• Manage treatment bookings and optimize therapists’ schedules to ensure smooth service organization.
• Utilize strong interpersonal skills to promote the establishment, encourage additional sales, and highlight spa products to increase revenue.

Qualifications

• We expect from you: 2 years of experience in a similar position within the upscale hospitality sector.
• Your interpersonal skills, active listening, and enthusiasm are true assets for this role.
• Fluency in English and French is required, along with a third language.
• Knowledge of Opera(PMS) is preferred.
