Une prestigieuse station de montagne recherche un Intendant Spa/Maitre Nageur pour assurer l'accueil et la sécurité des clients. Ce rôle essentiel implique de maintenir les espaces du spa tout en offrant une expérience client haut de gamme. Les candidats doivent posséder une solide expérience en spa, des compétences interpersonnelles et un bon esprit d'équipe. Ce poste propose un contrat saisonnier de 39 heures, avec divers avantages tels que repas et uniformes fournis.

About the role:

The Spa Intendant/Maitre Nageur's role is to maintain and clean the public and communal areas of the Spa, welcome and guide customers, and ensure their safety during their time in the Spa. He/she must be a good team spirit, flexible with working hours depending on activity, well-groomed, and possess good interpersonal skills to meet the expectations of high-end guests.

What you will do:

1. Act as an ambassador for the spa, promoting it by guiding guests on a tour of the facilities or accompanying them to the checkroom.

2. Guarantee the security and relaxation of guests, assisting with any requests, and reacting quickly to solve problems.

3. Set up the spa on opening and closing shifts, maintain the men's and women's changing rooms (restocking linen and lockers, maintaining washrooms), and clean/maintain showers, sauna, and hammam.

4. Serve tea in the relaxation room, refresh beds as needed, and set up the juice bar, preparing ginger tea and restocking items (fruit, tea, coffee, cocktails).

Note: The list of tasks is not exhaustive; adaptability to high activity and guest relationship management is required.

What we are looking for:

You must have the legal right to work in France and be fluent in French and English. Prior experience in a similar high-end spa or institute is required.
