About the location:

Alpine chic on the Mont s’Arbois slopes; our modern chalet builds on the legacy of the Rothschild family who created an unrivaled resort experience nearly a century ago. With a distinct French character, pure Alpine tradition, and an inviting setting year-round, this mountain retreat offers world-class golf, a large spa, and dining at Le 1920 with two Michelin stars. Our first Four Seasons mountain destination in Europe features 55 spacious accommodations, including 14 suites, and re-opened in December 2019 after renovation. Our seasonal operations run from December 15 to April 15 and June 14 to September 30.

About the role:

The Spa Intendant/Maitre Nageur is responsible for maintaining and cleaning the Spa’s public and communal areas, welcoming and guiding guests, and ensuring their safety during their visit. The role requires good team spirit, flexibility with working hours, a well-groomed appearance, and excellent interpersonal skills to meet high-end guest expectations.

What you will do:

1. Act as an ambassador for the spa, promoting it by guiding guests on facility tours or accompanying them to the checkroom.

2. Guarantee guest safety and relaxation, assist with requests, and react quickly to solve problems.

3. Set up the spa at opening and closing shifts, maintain changing rooms (restocking linen, lockers, and cleaning), and ensure the cleanliness of showers, sauna, and hammam.

4. Serve tea and refresh beds in the relaxation room, and manage the juice bar setup, including preparing ginger tea and restocking items like fruit, tea, coffee, and cocktails.

What we are looking for:

You must have the legal right to work in France, be fluent in French and English, and have previous experience in a similar high-end spa or institute role.
