About the role:

The Spa Intendant/Maitre Nageur's role is to maintain and clean the public and communal areas of the Spa, welcome and guide customers, and ensure their safety during their visit. He/she must have good team spirit, be flexible with working hours depending on activity, maintain a well-groomed appearance, and possess good interpersonal skills to meet the expectations of high-end guests.

What you will do:

1. Act as an ambassador for the spa, helping to promote it by guiding guests on a tour of the facilities or accompanying them to the checkroom.

2. Guarantee the security and relaxation of guests and assist with any requests. Ability to react quickly, anticipate, and solve problems.

3. Set up the Spa at opening and closing shifts, maintain the “Men's” and “Women's” changing rooms (restocking linen and lockers, maintaining washrooms), and clean/maintain showers, sauna, and hammam.

4. Serve tea in the relaxation room, refresh beds, and set up the juice bar (prepare ginger tea, restock fresh/dried fruit, tea, coffee, cocktails, etc.).

You must have the legal right to work in France and be fluent in French and English. First experience in a similar high-end spa or institute is required.
