Le Four Seasons Hotel à Megève recherche un Spa Intendant pour assurer la propreté et la sécurité du spa tout en offrant un service exceptionnel aux clients. Qualifications

• Expérience préalable dans un institut de luxe ou spa requise.
• Fluent en français et en anglais.
• Droit légal de travailler en France.

Responsabilités

• Accueillir et guider les clients dans le spa.
• Assurer la sécurité et la relaxation des clients.
• Maintenir les zones communes du spa pendant les horaires d'ouverture et de fermeture.
• Servir des boissons et rafraîchir les serviettes dans la salle de relaxation.

About the role:

The Spa Intendant's role is to maintain and clean the public and communal areas of the Spa, welcome and guide customers, and ensure their safety during their time in the Spa. He/she must be a good team spirit, flexible with working hours depending on activity, well-groomed, and possess good interpersonal skills to meet high-end guest expectations.

What you will do:

1. Act as an ambassador for the spa, helping to promote it by guiding guests on a tour of the facilities or accompanying them to the checkroom.

2. Guarantee the security and relaxation of guests, assist with their requests, and react quickly to problems.

3. Set up the Spa on opening and closing shifts, maintain the “Men's” and “Women's” changing rooms, restock linen and lockers, and maintain washrooms, showers, sauna, and hammam.

4. Serve tea in the relaxation room, refresh beds, and restock the juice bar with items like ginger tea, dried and fresh fruits, and cocktails.

What we are looking for:

You must have the legal right to work in France and be fluent in French and English. First experience in a similar position at a high-end institute or spa is required.
