About the role:

The Spa Intendant's role is to maintain and clean the public and communal areas of the Spa, welcome and guide customers, and ensure their safety during their visit. The ideal candidate must have a good team spirit, be flexible with working hours depending on activity levels, present well-groomed appearance, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to meet high-end guest expectations.

What you will do:

1. Act as an ambassador for the spa, promoting it by guiding guests on a tour of the facilities or accompanying them to the checkroom.

2. Guarantee guest safety and relaxation, assist with requests, and react quickly to solve problems.

3. Set up the spa at opening and closing shifts, maintain the Men's and Women's changing rooms, restock linen and lockers, and maintain washrooms, showers, Sauna, and Hammam.

4. Serve tea in the relaxation room, refresh beds, and manage the juice bar, including preparing ginger tea and restocking supplies like fruits, tea, coffee, and cocktails.

What we are looking for:

You must have the legal right to work in France and be fluent in French and English. Prior experience in a similar high-end spa or institute is required.
