About the role:

The Spa Intendant's role is to maintain and clean the public and communal areas of the Spa, welcome and guide customers, and ensure their safety during their time in the Spa. He/she must have a good team spirit, be flexible with working hours depending on activity, maintain a well-groomed appearance, and possess good interpersonal skills to meet high-end guest expectations.

What you will do:

1. Act as an ambassador for the spa, promoting it by guiding guests on a tour of the facilities or accompanying them to the checkroom.

2. Guarantee guest safety and relaxation, assist with requests, and react quickly to solve problems.

3. Set up the Spa on opening and closing shifts; maintain the “Men’s” and “Women’s” changing rooms by restocking linen and lockers, and maintaining washrooms, showers, sauna, and hammam.

4. Serve tea in the relaxation room, refresh beds, and prepare/restock the juice bar with items like ginger tea, fresh and dried fruits, tea, coffee, and cocktails.

What we are looking for:

You must have the legal right to work in France and be fluent in French and English. Prior experience in a similar position at a high-end spa or institute is required.
