About the role

Nous recrutons, au sein du département Soutien Métier dans l’entité Support aux Opérations IOO, un(e) soutien métier ADV.

Among the activities inherent to this position:

  1. Soutien à froid et à chaud
    • Providing support and close assistance to operational teams and contributing to the resolution of complex cases by coordinating with various stakeholders throughout the customer journey.
    • Detecting recurring difficulties or dysfunctions, analyzing them, and initiating improvement actions.
    • Defining and implementing support actions for the business, individually or collectively (IT skills, processes, technologies, relational posture, etc.) in collaboration with the manager.
    • Contributing to the facilitation of transversal teams, such as ad-hoc groups or task forces, to address identified improvement topics and support the effective implementation of solutions.
    • Playing a key role as a trusted partner to a specific business area, working with operational managers to ensure consistent and adequate team performance; this includes analyzing indicators, proposing improvements, and overseeing the implementation of actions.
  1. Formation
    • Designing and delivering training sessions using the most suitable pedagogical methods.
    • Integrating new digital tools and practices into training (agile methods, Klaxoon, quizzes, etc.).
    • Contributing to the digitalization of training content for eLearning formats.
    • Providing coaching to employees on identified points.
    • Supporting operational staff's skill development and reporting to managers.
  1. Contribution to Projects (Business and Operational Departments)
    • Participating in continuous improvement cycles of processes and information systems, acting as a liaison between operational teams and business/IT departments, and sharing results with peers.
    • Facilitating communication and collaboration between operational teams and other stakeholders to maximize efficiency and performance.
About you

Responsibilities

Within the Business Support Department of the Support to Operations IOO entity, you will support the ADV operational teams based in IOO, France or internationally, while helping to develop skills related to processes, IT tools, and departmental offerings.
