Une entreprise de divertissement recherche un sous-chef pour son restaurant Manhattan au sein de l'Hôtel Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel. Vous serez responsable de diriger une équipe et de fournir une expérience culinaire mémorable. Un diplôme en Hôtellerie et au moins 3 ans d'expérience en cuisine sont requis. Qualifications

  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en gestion d'équipe en cuisine.

Experience the elegant universe of this 4-star hotel inspired by Manhattan and Marvel, where contemporary art and creativity are at the heart of the experience. The Manhattan Restaurant, a flagship of the hotel, offers refined regional Italian cuisine, made entirely from scratch, with a special focus on fresh pasta.

As a Sous-Chef, you will be an operational leader within this fine dining restaurant, but also work across other outlets: room service, bar, executive snack, and manage the pantry team. Creativity is essential to support regular menu evolutions, especially linked to Disney seasons and Marvel releases.

Your daily life at Disneyland Paris:

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for providing a magical and unforgettable culinary experience to our visitors. Your tasks will include:

  • Organize, delegate, monitor, and control the work of a brigade (30 to 60 staff) through hands-on leadership and ongoing dialogue.
  • Motivate team members daily in close collaboration with the manager.
  • Train and develop staff, sharing your technical and behavioral expertise.
  • Ensure adherence to procedures, quality standards, and hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Handle daily operational and administrative tasks, adapting them to meet customer expectations.
  • Alert in real-time to performance gaps relative to productivity goals.
  • Implement corrective actions to guarantee service and product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in sector-specific projects.
What are your assets for success?
  • Ideally hold a degree in Hospitality & Catering, with at least 3 years of team management experience in a kitchen.
  • Know and apply service standards and HACCP norms.
  • Support and develop a team, enjoy leading by example.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be proactive and solution-oriented.
  • Adaptability and flexibility regarding working days and hours.
  • Minimum level of French C1; elementary English skills are a plus.

  • 35 hours/week in continuous hours (no breaks), with overtime pay.
  • Overtime from 10 PM to 7 AM is premium pay.
  • Up to 6 weeks of vacation per year plus 3 days of split leave.
  • 13th-month salary after one year of service.
  • Paid double on public holidays after one year.
