Work With Island in France is seeking a hands-on Purchasing & Sourcing Specialist to secure our supply chain and optimize manufacturing costs. Under mentorship from Tatiana and Léa, you will qualify suppliers, deploy alternative components, and coordinate with factories across France and Europe to protect EBITDA.

You will manage BOM optimization, run cost benchmarks, monitor stocks, and ensure technical compliance with CoC and DoC while maintaining excellent communication with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree student (M2) from an engineering school.
• First successful experience (>6 months) on physical products.
• Strong purchasing, sourcing and demand planning knowledge.
• Excellent Excel and GSuite/Notion skills.
• Fluent French and English mandatory for European sourcing.

Responsabilités

• Sourcing to Cost & Negotiation: review BOM, qualify suppliers, negotiate prices.
• Production Implementation & Process Optimization: integrate components into production and monitor stocks.
• Quality Monitoring & Technical Compliance: track quality and update CoC/DoC documentation.
