- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Supply Chain and Market Intelligence specialists
- Define priorities, workloads, and strategic roadmaps
- Lead the development of supplier strategies by category and market
- Develop and maintain the Supplier Focus List based on a risk matrix
- Analyze supplier markets and integrate economic impacts into procurement decisions
- Provide expertise on supply chain, financial, industrial, and regulatory risks
- Serve as the strategic interface with Sales teams during ITO and Project teams during OTR phases
- Participate in supplier selection for major contracts and strategic partnerships
- Organize and facilitate monthly and quarterly governance routines
- Lead action plans related to critical or high-risk suppliers
- Coordinate supplier performance and quality indicators
- Oversee supplier capacity monitoring and contributions to S&OP processes
- Lead Make or Buy analyses and contribute to Group-level M&A activities

Requirements
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Management
- Significant experience (minimum 8–10 years) in strategic procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
- Proven experience in team management and cross-functional coordination
- Experience working in international, multi-site environments
- Fluent professional English, both written and spoken
- Procurement, supply chain, or risk management certification is a plus
- Expertise in procurement strategy, sourcing, and global supply chain management
- Strong command of supplier and supply chain risk management concepts
- In-depth knowledge of industrial and supplier markets
- Solid understanding of geopolitical, sovereignty, and export control issues
