L’Oréal Augmented Beauty Operations in Clichy is seeking a quality professional to secure end-to-end quality for breakthrough Augmented Beauty devices, from design to market.

You will participate in risk analysis, audit suppliers, manage non-conformities and collaborate with R&I, Sourcing and Aftersales in French and English, using quality KPIs to drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering ( Electronics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Quality ).
• Experience in consumer electronics or similar industries is a strong plus.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks across the product lifecycle.
• Fluent in French and English for stakeholder collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Participate in product risk analysis with R&I and NPI teams.
• Audit suppliers and guide them while validating final pre-shipment controls.
• Manage non-conformities and analyze customer feedback to optimize aftersales performance.
• Coordinate quality with R&I, Sourcing and Aftersales in French and English.

A Day in the Life

Based in our Clichy office, you will secure end-to-end quality for our breakthrough Augmented Beauty devices, from design to market.

• Quality by Design: Participate in product risk analysis with R&I and NPI teams.
• Supplier Quality: Audit and guide suppliers while validating final pre-shipment controls.
• Continuous Improvement: Manage non-conformities and analyze customer feedback to optimize aftersales performance.

We Are Looking For

A proactive professional with a Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Quality).

• Industry Experience: Prior experience in consumer electronics, electronic devices, or similar industries is a strong plus.
• Risk Management: Ability to identify and mitigate risks throughout the product lifecycle.
• Problem Solving: Expertise in root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Seamlessly connecting R&I, Sourcing, and Aftersales in French and English.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leveraging quality KPIs to guide agile actions.
