Qualifications

• Diplôme de Master en Gestion des Achats ou Ingénierie exigé.

• Familiarité avec les pièces de rechange, l'équipement logistique et l'outillage est un plus.

Responsabilités

• Représenter l'approvisionnement pour les activités liées aux pièces de rechange et assurer la gestion d'un vaste portefeuille d'articles.
• Définir la stratégie de catégorie avec les parties prenantes et mettre en œuvre les approches d'achat.
• Gérer les articles critiques et contribuer à l'élaboration des processus d'approvisionnement.

Founded in July 2020, Verkor is a French industrial company based in Grenoble. With the backing of EIT InnoEnergy, Groupe IDEC, Schneider Electric, Capgemini, Renault Group, EQT Ventures, Arkema, Tokai COBEX, and Demeter, Verkor aims to ramp up low-carbon battery manufacturing in France and Europe to meet the growing demand for electric vehicles and stationary storage.

Verkor is developing an innovative business model focused on agility, sustainability, and governance, attracting top talents worldwide. Its international team continues to grow, tackling new challenges as they arise. The company is leading a unifying project to establish the entire value chain in Europe and optimize resource use. An entirely digital 4.0 pilot line is planned for 2022, with a Gigafactory scheduled for construction in 2024.

The job :

• As a Procurement team member, you will actively develop and maintain supplier relationship management processes, procedures, and metrics to drive continuous improvements in inbound Supply Chain, Quality, and Service.
• Work collaboratively with Supply Chain and other business stakeholders to improve the supply of goods and services.
• Proactively propose improvements in procurement processes and procedures, ensuring service continuity, task consistency, and digitization in coordination with the Procurement Operational Specialist.

Your responsibilities :

• Represent Procurement for MRO-Spare parts-PPE activities to internal stakeholders such as Maintenance, Operations, Construction, Quality, HSE, and Warehousing. Manage a scope of over 50,000 items across 15 sub-families related to more than 1000 manufacturing equipment.
• Define category strategy jointly with stakeholders and category leaders, and implement sourcing and purchasing approaches to optimize total cost and reduce lead times.
• Drive sourcing actions based on internal needs, develop supplier panels, and optimize procurement processes for efficiency and autonomy.
• Manage critical items, including analysis, storage, and part number creation for MRP approaches.
• Contribute to developing procurement processes such as supplier qualification and evaluation (SRM).

Requirements - Qualifications and skills :

• Master's degree in Procurement Management or Engineering.
• Experience with digital procurement solutions like punch-out catalogs, marketplaces, and internal/external procurement processes.
• Familiarity with categories such as spare parts, metrology, logistics equipment, tooling, HVAC, PPE, and machining parts.
• Knowledge of Procurement Operations (P2P, S2P, S2C).
• Team player with project management skills.
• Result-oriented, strategic thinker, and good negotiator.
• Resilient under tight deadlines, with strong communication skills.
• Flexible, eager to learn, and team-oriented.
