Une entreprise innovante recherche un stagiaire en support informatique pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique. Ce stage de 6 mois vous permettra de travailler sur des projets internes tout en développant vos compétences en support technique. Vous serez impliqué dans la gestion des incidents, l'optimisation des procédures internes et l'accueil des nouveaux employés. Qualifications

• Actuellement étudiant en informatique, stage de 6 mois à partir de juillet 2025.
• Maîtrise des outils bureautiques, Windows et MacOS, Linux un plus.

Responsabilités

• Participer au support de niveau 1 et 2 pour les utilisateurs sur plusieurs sites.
• Aider à la gestion des incidents multi-sites via notre outil de ticketing.

Being an IT Support intern at Malt means accompanying your manager in his daily actions thanks to a real teamwork while becoming autonomous. At the same time, you will be able to invest in internal projects thanks to your strength of proposal.

Key responsibilities

1. Participate in the level 1 and 2 support to the users present on our different sites: France, UK, Spain, Germany, Benelux.
2. Assist in management of service providers, a hybrid computer fleet (PCs & Macbooks), the telephone fleet, preventive maintenance, all via our MDM tool.
3. Optimize internal procedures, which evolve as we grow.
4. Manage the reception of new employees and the management of departures (Onboarding & Offboarding).
5. Help manage multi-site incidents via our ticketing tool and emphasize the implementation of procedures that improve security.

About you

1. Currently studying computer science and looking for a 6-month full-time internship starting from July 2025.
2. Comfortable with office tools (Gsuite), Windows, MacOS (Linux would be a plus).
3. If you master scripting/coding, it would be a real asset.
4. Available to come to our Paris HQ five days per week (only occasional remote work for this position).
5. Fluent in French and English are necessary.
6. Proactive, curious, dynamic, and ready to take on challenges.

How to join the mission?

1. First call with Annabelle, Talent Acquisition Assistant, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions (30 minutes).
2. Interview with Jelly, IT Engineer and possible future manager, to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45-60 minutes).
3. Final Interview (case study) with Lionel and Jelly, our IT Lead and Engineer, to test your hard skills and long-term vision (45-60 minutes).
4. Your profile is validated, and we will welcome you in our Parisian office in July 2025!
