Keysight Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Solution Engineer to support the growth of its PNT/GNSS business in France. You will engage with sales teams, product specialists, and customers to translate mission requirements into concrete GNSS testing and PNT validation solutions, including anti-jamming and anti-spoofing scenarios.

You will develop end-to-end architectures, demonstrate capabilities, and contribute to tender responses while collaborating with R&D to align customer needs

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Aerospace & Defense, Space, Navigation, GNSS, PNT, EW, or RF/MW test environments.
• Business proficiency in English and French languages.

Within our Aerospace & Defense business, we are expanding our capabilities in Positioning, Navigation & Timing (PNT) and Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) to address growing customer needs around navigation resilience, GNSS threat emulation, signal simulation, EW, and validation of next-generation navigation technologies.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Solution Engineer to support the growth of Keysight's PNT/GNSS business across France and contribute to broader European opportunities.

The successful candidate will work closely with sales teams, product specialists, and customers to understand mission requirements and demonstrate how Keysight solutions address challenges related to GNSS testing, navigation warfare, PNT assurance, and resilient navigation systems.

This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, solution development, and business growth responsibilities.

Holding an EU Passport is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

• Act as the primary technical advisor for PNT/GNSS opportunities in France.
• Understand customer requirements across defense, aerospace, space, governmental, and commercial sectors.
• Conduct technical discussions with system architects, navigation engineers, test engineers, and program managers.
• Build trusted relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.

Solution Development

• Develop and present end-to-end Keysight solutions addressing:

• GNSS signal generation and simulation
• PNT validation and test
• Multi-constellation GNSS testing
• Anti-jam and anti-spoofing evaluation
• Navigation warfare and EW-related test scenarios
• Hardware-in-the-loop and system-level validation
• Define technical architectures and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
• Support proposal development and technical responses to tenders.

Business Development

• Contribute to account plans and growth strategies.
• Support regional marketing activities, seminars, workshops, and conferences.

Internal Collaboration

• Collaborate with product management and R&D to communicate customer requirements.
• Share best practices and technical knowledge across the organization.

Qualifications

Education

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
• Business proficiency in English and French languages.

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Aerospace & Defense, Space, Navigation, GNSS, PNT, Electronic Warfare, or RF/MW test and measurement environments

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of:

• GNSS architectures and constellations
• Positioning and timing concepts
• RF measurements and instrumentation
• Signal generation and signal analysis
• Simulation and emulation techniques
• System integration and validation

Experience with one or more of:

• GNSS simulators
• Signal generators
• Spectrum analyzers
• Channel emulators
• Software-defined radio platforms
• Navigation testing frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting defense customers.
• Understanding of GNSS threats, spoofing, jamming, and resilient PNT technologies.
• Familiarity with military navigation concepts and EW systems.
• Experience with customer-facing technical consulting or pre-sales engineering.
• Knowledge of space and satellite system testing.
