Marble seeks a senior technical sales professional to own the technical side of the sales cycle, from discovery to signature. You will lead technical discovery, craft tailored demos, and translate AML/fraud requirements into Marble scenarios and rules.

Role requires fintech/regtech background, 5–8 years of experience, and fluent English. Remote interview steps are included; onsite interview with the team is also planned.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English is mandatory.
• Experience in fintech/regtech is essential.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience either in Compliance with client exposure or in Solutions Engineering.

Responsabilités

The role

You’ll be owning the technical side of Marble's sales process, from first discovery to signature.

• Lead technical discovery with prospects, and build tailored demos and proofs of concept.
• Design data models and integration approaches, translating fraud and AML needs into Marble scenarios and rules.
• Ensure a smooth handover to our Customer Success team after signature.
• Fluent in English, non-negotiable.
• Experience in fintech/regtech, non-negotiable.
• 5-8 years of experience, either in Compliance with strong client-facing exposure, or in Solutions Engineering with the ability to quickly build fintech/regtech expertise.
• Sharp discovery instincts: you know how to dig past the stated need to find the real pain point.
• Monthly allowance for sports, restaurants, culture, and office equipment, with Marble contributing 50%
