Marble is seeking its first product hire to own the machine turning priorities into shipped product, from spec to release. You will define clear specs for engineers, coordinate across client, design, and engineering teams, and own QA and release processes.

You will engage with banks and fintech clients to validate ideas and sharpen requirements, while documenting ships and tracking usage to gauge impact.

The role

You’ll be our first product hire, owning the machine that turns priorities into shipped product: from spec to release.

• Turn priorities into crisp, precise specs so engineers are never blocked wondering what "done" means.
• Run the delivery machine: sequence the work, keep a growing team unblocked and shipping, own QA and release.
• Spend real time with our customers, compliance and fraud teams at banks and fintechs, to validate ideas and sharpen requirements.
• Push QA further upstream: give engineers detailed user stories/specs and let them QA as they build, not just before release.
• Document what ships publicly, with videos when useful.
• Own tracking/usage measurement to know what's actually used.
• Contribute to the product vision alongside Pascal & Arnaud.

What success looks like at 6 months

• Full ownership of delivery end to end: not just executing the raw ask, but understanding the customer's business to shape the right solution, turning it into clear specs, coordinating client/design/eng through to release.
• Backlog triage and continuous-improvement roadmap run hands-off by Pascal.
• Real point of view on where the product is going and the trade-offs to make, not a 100% execution role, though Arnaud and Pascal keep the final calls on direction and investment.
• FE and BE engineers, senior/expert (~10-15 yrs exp)
• Reporting to Pascal (CTO) and Arnaud (CEO)
• Fluent in English, non-negotiable.
• 5-8+ years owning product delivery end to end, in a technical, B2B environment.
• Technical enough to go deep: you've worked on a genuinely technical product, not just a consumer app.
• Senior in craft, not headcount: you've owned execution end to end, several times, without a support structure.
• Vertical: lead a product team as it's built out
• Horizontal: move into pre-sales / solutions engineering
