Job summary

Beloy in Paris is seeking a Solutions Delivery Lead to orchestrate end-to-end client delivery from requirements and design through implementation, go-live and post-launch operations. You will coordinate Solution Engineering and Partner Delivery teams to translate partner needs into scalable solutions, managing multiple client programmes globally.

• 12-15 years of experience across project management, technology implementation, and client delivery or consulting, including recent leadership experience.
• Proven experience delivering and managing complex client solutions involving APIs and system integrations with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary delivery teams and managing several partner programmes simultaneously.
• Experience in insurance or financial services, ideally within a startup, scale-up or consulting environment.
• Professional fluency in English.
• A Master's degree or MBA is beneficial.

• Oversee programme plans, delivery capacity, resources, risks and cross-programme dependencies.
• Lead the Solutions Engineering and Partner Delivery teams and manage major client, technical and delivery escalations.
• Ensure go-live readiness, post-launch stabilisation and effective management of client delivery.
• Maintain ongoing partner, client and customer engagement to ensure programme success after go-live.
• Build and manage client relationships, expectations and escalations.
• Oversee multiple projects within partner programmes, ensuring alignment across markets and timelines.

Job description

Your Mission

As a Solutions Delivery Lead, we would expect you to lead the end-to-end delivery process, from initial client requirements and technical solution design through implementation, go-live and ongoing operations.

You will ensure that partner requirements translate into feasible, scalable solutions and well-managed delivery programmes. You will coordinate and manage the teams responsible for product requirements, technical implementation, programme delivery and post-launch transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Own client solution design, including technical feasibility, APIs, integrations, data flows and configuration requirements.

• Define the implementation approach, delivery methodology and quality standards for partner programmes.

• Oversee programme plans, delivery capacity, resources, risks and cross-programme dependencies.

• Lead the Solutions Engineering and Partner Delivery teams and manage major client, technical and delivery escalations.

• Ensure go-live readiness, post-launch stabilisation and effective management of Client delivery.

• Ensure programmes' continued success post go-live through active partner, client and customer engagement

• Build and manage client relationships, expectations and escalations.

• Oversee multiple projects within partner programmes, ensuring alignment across markets and timelines.

What you will bring

12-15 years of experience across project management, technology implementation, and client delivery or consulting, including recent experience in a leadership role.

Proven experience delivering and managing complex client solutions involving APIs, system integrations with multiple stakeholders.

Experience leading multidisciplinary delivery teams and managing several partner programmes simultaneously.

Experience in insurance or financial services, ideally within a start-up, scale-up or consulting environment, is beneficial.

Professional fluency in English.

A Master's degree or MBA is beneficial.

• Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, data mapping, AI/ML, cloud computing, software architecture and technology-enabled operations.
• Data analysis: Proficiency in using data, customer feedback, and market analysis to inform decisions and validate new offerings.
• Strong programme, portfolio, capacity and risk-management capabilities.
• Excellent client-facing communication and commercial judgement.
• Ability to move between solution design, delivery oversight and senior stakeholder management.
• Agile methodologies: Experience working with and guiding agile development processes.
• Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify areas for process improvement.
• Demonstrated strong team management skills with the ability to manage technology and operations team
