SailPoint Solutions Architect - Identity Security Cloud

Role summary :

The ProofID Solutions Architect is responsible for being the technical lead, reporting to and working closely with the Chief Services Officer during pre-sales processes, RFP creation, client demos, and project implementation, integration, deployment, or maintenance of SailPoint ISC software projects for clients and partners. This client-facing role involves being the primary technical resource responsible for translating client identity requirements into effective solutions.

Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with the CSO in pre-sales activities such as initial meetings, product demos, and proposal creation.
2. Install, integrate, and deploy ISC products in the client environment.
3. Support post-implementation activities including user testing, debugging, support, and environment maintenance.
4. Communicate technical and functional aspects of the product and implementation to clients and partners appropriately.
5. Partner with the Project Manager on scope, schedule, status, and documentation.

The ideal candidate has experience with many of the technologies below:

1. 5-7+ years of professional experience in enterprise software or systems integration, including 3+ years in software implementation as a developer and architect.
2. Experience in software development, implementation, and configuration of ISC products.
3. Excellent communication skills and client collaboration experience.
4. Experience with technologies such as XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
5. Platforms including Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX).
6. Databases like Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL.
7. Directories such as LDAP and Active Directory.
8. Familiarity with IAM, identity management provisioning systems, RBAC, and provisioning is a plus.

Preferred :

1. Experience working with project management in planning, resource management, scope, schedule, and documentation.
2. Experience with QA duties such as usability testing, performance testing, and test scripting.
3. Security software or internal IT audit experience.
