Description du poste

Solutions Architect or FAE for Automotive Transportation Industrial Automation customers mainly in Europe

1. Serve as the technical interface and contact for customers and internal project teams.
2. Present and demonstrate technical products and solutions at customer sites.
3. Conduct technical trainings for customers and partners, including product setup and installation.
4. Understand customer requirements and prepare related documentation, including ROM and DoW.
5. Create technical documentation for presales, sales, and marketing activities.
6. Share customer feedback and product requirements within SYSGO to support market segment strategy development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Software Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in embedded systems, software development, support, testing, or validation.
• Experience with embedded system development (Linux / RTOS / Hypervisor / POSIX).
• Experience in Automotive Transportation systems and/or Industrial Automation with intelligent or connected devices.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various disciplines and levels, including executives.
• Proficiency in French and English.
