Solutions Architect / Field Application Engineer (H / F / N)

Solutions Architect or FAE for Automotive, Transportation, Industrial Automation Customers

• Serve as the technical interface and contact for customers and internal project teams, mainly in Europe.
• Present and demonstrate technical products and solutions at customer sites.
• Conduct technical training for customers and partners, including product setup and installation.
• Understand customer requirements and prepare related documentation, including ROM and DoW.
• Prepare technical documentation for pre-sales, sales, and marketing activities.
• Share customer feedback and product requirements within SYSGO to support market segment strategies.

Your Knowledge & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Software Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in embedded systems/software development, support, testing, or validation.
• Experience with embedded system development (Linux / RTOS / Hypervisor / POSIX).
• Experience in automotive, transportation systems, and/or industrial automation in intelligent or connected devices.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines and levels, including with executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency in French and English.
